Regarding TV Tuner Card

TV Tuner Card is inbuilt on my laptop and its not working on fedora 9 so please any one help me to install tv tuner card and if you have step then please teach me how to setup it and which software to use for tv tuner card
and YA I HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED V4L2 But its not working or i think i dont know how to use it
Please help me to get out from this
